1. Overview

By using our custom 3D printing services, including uploading 3D models and placing an order through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. User Responsibilities

By uploading a file and placing an order, you affirm that:

  • You own, have created, or have licensed the 3D model for reproduction;

  • You understand and accept that you, not Laliho, are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws;

  • You will not submit any file or order that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or request the printing of:

  • Any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed character, logo, object, or symbol unless you have explicit written permission;

  • Any replica or likeness of items from known franchises (e.g. Disney, Marvel, Nintendo, etc.);

  • Any file that contains obscene, threatening, defamatory, or illegal material;

  • Any weapon parts, restricted components, or hazardous materials;

  • Any object that violates applicable export/import regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we believe it violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Laliho provides a service for converting user-uploaded 3D files into physical objects. We do not review files for intellectual property infringement.

By submitting files to us, you:

  • Warrant that the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights;

  • Agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laliho from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of this warranty.

We comply with all applicable copyright laws and will cooperate with IP rights holders if any legal claim or takedown request is submitted.

5. DMCA & IP Takedown Policy

If you are a copyright or trademark holder and believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us at legal@laliho.com.au with the following information:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details;

  2. A description of the copyrighted or trademarked work;

  3. A clear description of the infringing item(s);

  4. A statement affirming your belief that the use is unauthorized;

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate;

  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will respond promptly to valid requests and, if necessary, suspend or remove the disputed material.

6. Order Fulfillment and Quality

  • Orders are printed based on the exact file uploaded.

  • We do not modify, repair, or optimize user files unless explicitly requested (additional fees may apply).

  • Minor variations in print quality, color, or surface finish may occur due to material properties and print settings.

7. Refund and Returns

Since all prints are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:

  • The product arrives damaged;

  • The print is significantly defective or not as specified in your uploaded file;

  • The error is caused by us.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Laliho shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service;

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Privacy

We do not share your STL files, personal information, or order details with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to fulfill your order.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of New South Wales - Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales - Australia.
